We begin by analyzing your property's current classification and its status in the Basic Tax Register (BTR) and 'Data Bank' (if applicable). This determines the specific legal pathway for your conversion. ​

We guide you on compiling all essential supporting documents, such as ownership deeds, Encumbrance Certificates, land tax receipts, and location sketches, ensuring their completeness and accuracy.

We provide clear information on applicable conversion fees, basic tax arrears, and ensure full compliance with all legal and environmental regulations throughout the process, avoiding penalties.

We assist in preparing and accurately filing the necessary application forms (e.g., Form 6, Form 7 under Section 27A of the 2008 Act, or Form 5 for data bank corrections) with the Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO) or other relevant authorities.  ​

We actively liaise with relevant government departments (Village Office, Agricultural Office, RDO, Taluk Land Board) and conduct diligent follow-ups to expedite your application process and secure timely approvals.
